Design - great. Customer service- not so much
I loved working with my interior designer. She was creative and listened to my needs. But when I ordered my sofas through Havenly and noticed I was missing the legs to a corner module, I reached out to the Havenly customer service. Firstly , they didn’t have a phone number you can call, only email. When you email them they take several days to respond. It’s been a week since I last emailed customer service and I still don’t have a resolution.
